Industry leader Halter CNC Robotics is entering the Dayton market via a partnership announced today with Reynolds Machinery.
Reynolds Machinery will be the first local distributor of the robotics in the Dayton region, bringing the advantages of automation and CNC robotics directly to the company’s manufacturing clients in the region.
“This is an exciting opportunity and leap forward for Ohio manufacturers,” said Steve Mays, vice president and general manager of Reynolds Machinery. “Halter is on the forefront of robotics, and we are happy to be able to introduce the robotics system to the region.”
Halter CNC Robotics is well known as being a key innovator in aerospace, manufacturing, machinery, and automotive as companies look to achieve greater efficiency and profits from their CNC machines. With more than 30 years of experience in the metalworking industry, Halter has advanced the field of CNC automation and developed a CNC machine tending and loading robotic system which is easily connected with any CNC machine.
“We are excited to be able to integrate the Halter LoadAssistant into our West Carrollton technology center and demonstrate the advantages of the technology to manufacturers,” Mays said.
Mays said the LoadAssistant system will be interfaced with a Smart turning center in the technology center in December.
The Halter robotic system helps increase the efficiency of machine operators. Halter LoadAssistants give manufacturers flexibility to quickly respond to their customer’s needs, enabling production departments to profitably run small and medium-sized batches with quick set up times.
Mays said Reynolds is projecting both components of the robotic system to be popular with local manufacturers.
“Manufacturers throughout the region have been hungry for the benefits of CNC automation for years,” he said. “We are thrilled to be able to represent Halter in the region and connect manufacturers to these much-needed innovations.”
Reynolds Machinery has a rich 80-year history of serving Ohio manufacturers. The company believes strongly that business is built on relationships, and the second-generation family-run company has seen success because of its personal attention to detail, engineering knowledge and local service and support.
