Mitsubishi EDM

Mitsubishi has rich history of quality and innovation in the EDM industry worldwide, and Reynolds Machinery has been a part of this history for nearly three decades. Mitsubishi and MC Machinery now offer several new complimentary products including Roku-Roku hard milling/graphite machining centers, EDM hole drills and waterjet machines.

Wire EDM
Mitsubishi's wire EDMs are all about speed, accuracy and unattended machining. Speed is achieved using the anti-electrolysis power supply, submerged cutting and rethreading at the wire break point. Accuracy comes from linear scale feedback* and Corner Master adaptive control. Unattended machining is possible with Power Master rough cut to finish pass adaptive control and the standard auto wire threader.
